*** HAITIAN EARTHQUAKE DISASTER RELIEF FUND ***

On January 13th / 2010, Haiti`s capital was hit by a 7.0-magnitude earthquake. Port-au-Prince was crushed and thousands of structures, from humble shacks to the National Palace were destroyed.
In an attempt to help Haiti`s Rescue and Recovery efforts,
Regent Park Public School is raising funds, which will be forwarded via
the Red Cross.

Regent Park Public School's staff and students feel a very special connection
to Haiti, as they are a French speaking country, much like Canada.
Our students are empathetic to the plight of these people, and would like
to extend their caring by participating in this fundraiser.

We hope that by collecting and providing these funds, we can give the survivors of Haiti the courage to move ahead and rebuild their lifes.
